As the steps differ slightly across various banking providers, please refer to the instructions below, based on the bank you wish to transfer funds from.
Quick tips for smooth and timely deposits
- Do not include words like Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency/Coinhako for any transfers
- Do not transfer funds using a bank account that does not match the name on your submitted identity document or
- Do not make GIRO/ATM, or over-the-counter transfers
- Do make deposits in unique amounts
How to deposit SGD into Coinhako via Bank Transfers
New to Coinhako? SIGN-UP HERE
- Select 'Wallet' tab on the top of your Dashboard.
- Click on 'Deposit' under the SGD wallet.
- You will now be able to view:
- The daily deposit limit of your account.
- Your unique deposit code
- Items to take note of before making a deposit.
- The bank account details needed to make a transfer to your Coinhako account.
- Make a transfer to your Coinhako Wallet by providing your bank details or keying in the details in your iBanking App (Or web page).
DBS/POSB
1. Login to your banking app
2. Select Pay & Transfer > local > One-time Transfer
3. Select To Other Bank > Make A Transfer and enter the relevant details
4. Under Enter recipient's name > Refer to Beneficiary Name on your Coinhako App
5. Under Select Bank > Refer to Bank Name on your Coinhako App
6. Under Enter Bank account no. > Refer to Account Number on your Coinhako App
Refer to your Coinhako app
7. Select fund source, enter your top-up amount, and submit.
OCBC Bank
1. Login to your banking app
2. Select Local Transfers > Transfer to Account Number
3. Select Add Payee
4. Enter your Payee’s name > Refer to Beneficiary Name on your Coinhako App
5. Under Bank/Organisation > Refer to Bank Name on your Coinhako App
6. Under Account number. > Refer to Account Number on your Coinhako App
7. Select Add Payee, then Proceed to Transfer
8. Select fund source, enter your top-up amount and submit
UOB
1. Log in to your banking app
2. Select Pay/Transfer > Add Payee or Biller
3. Under Type, select Bank account
4. Under Bank/Institution > Refer to Bank Name on your Coinhako App
5. Under Enter Bank account no. > Refer to Account Number on your Coinhako App
6. Enter your Payee name > Refer to Beneficiary Name on your Coinhako App
7. Select Transfer to Payee > Enter your top-up amount and submit.
- Login to your banking app
- Select Transfers and Payments
- Under More Options, select Add & Manage Paye
- Select Local, then select “Add Payee”
- Under Payee Bank, select the Bank Name
- Enter your beneficiary name into the Payee Name field.
- Enter the Payee Account Number > Refer to your Coinhako app
Other bank
1. Login to your banking app
2. Select Transfer to local bank account option, then choose Add Payee
3. Select the option to add payee using Bank account details
4. Under Bank Name > Refer to your Coinhako App
5. Under Payee Bank > Refer to Bank Name on your Coinhako App
6. Under Payee Name > Refer to Beneficiary Name on your Coinhako App
7. Under Payee Account Number > Refer to Account Number on your Coinhako app
